Poster presenter resources

Please follow the guidelines below to prepare and submit a successful poster presentation. The deadline for submitting poster presentations is midnight on 15 November 2020.

Poster presenters have three opportunities:

1.    Provide a one-page poster PDF that will be displayed in the virtual poster exhibition area.

2.    Submit a three-minute recorded walk-through of the poster presentation, which will act as a guide for attendees to view or listen to while viewing the poster. Use the three minutes to highlight up to three key points in the poster.

A PowerPoint template is provided for those who want to use slides in the pre-recorded walk-through – this is optional – (one slide per minute is recommended).

3.    Participate live in a Q&A during allocated poster session times.
