Registration terms and conditions
Delegates are required to accept these T&Cs before completing their registration for the workshop.
All fees and payments are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
The EARLY BIRD registration rate applies until the midnight on 7 Februrary 2020.
Full payment is required by this date to receive the early bird discount. If payment is not received by the stipulated date, registrations are processed at the next fee level, and a new invoice will be issued. For STANDARD registrations from the closing of the early bird date onwards, full payment is required 14 days after you receive the invoice or before the workshop opening date, whichever date is earlier.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY: We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation of your registration may be necessary. Substitue delegates are welcome and we request as much notice as possible, in writing. If a registration cancellation is required, a $40.00 administration fee applies. If payment has not been made, the administration fee will be charged. If payment has been made, a refund of the balance will be given provided written notification is received by 5:00pm, 14 days prior to the starting date of the workshop. After this date refunds will only be made at the discretion of the Health Quality & Safety Commission. Substitutions should be notified in writing to events@hqsc.govt.nz.
FORCE MAJEURE: Force Majeure means events beyond the reasonable control of the Health Quality and Safety Commission New Zealand (the Commission) including, without limitation, acts of God, national emergency, riots, civil commotion, terrorist activities, act of Government and industrial action. If the workshop is cancelled or delayed by Force Majeure the Workshop Conveners will, as soon as is possible, give written notice of that to the Delegate specifying the matters constituting Force Majeure and the period for which such prevention or delay will continue, the Defaulting Party will be excused performance or the punctual performance (as the case may be) as from the date of such notice for so long as the Force Majeure continues.
PRIVACY POLICY: By completing this registration form, you acknowledge that the details supplied by you may be made available to the organising committee. Your details will be included in the delegate list unless you have indicated otherwise during this registration process.
EMAIL POLICY: By registering for this workshop, you agree that the Commission may send you information and regular updates regarding this and future events on similar topics via email to the email address provided by you in your registration details. However, you may opt out of receiving communications from the Commission at any time.
INSURANCE POLICY: Insurance is the responsibility of each delegate. The Commission will not be liable for any eventuality involving death, illness, injury, accident or financial loss to any person attending this workshop.
